   Syntax:  TALKEY [-w][-b]

   The talking keyboard program (TalKey) will speak any keys
   and or words that the user types while operating in a
   CLI window.

   If the -w option is specified after the talkey command,
   all words that are typed by the user and seperated by
   spaces or carriage returns will be spoken.  When -b is
   specified, both keys pressed and words will be spoken.
   If no options are specified after the command TALKEY,
   any key that is pressed, except shift, shall be spoken.

   During operation of the program, the function that speaks
   typed words can be toggled on and off by pressing CTRL-W.
   CTRL-K will toggle on and off the function that speaks
   each key that is pressed.

   All AmigaDOS commands work within the TALKEY program.
   However, when the CD command is used without any
   parameters, it may not report the correct current
   directory.  You can still change directories, though by
   using the CD command with parameters.

   To use the TYCHON HELP utility under TALKEY, the command
   NEWCLI must first be issued.  When HELP is completed, the
   ENDCLI command will transfer control back to TALKEY.
