To get this to run do the following:

A.  Unarc it (I know you already did that!
1.  cd to a directory on a disk or in memory that has at least 300 blocks.
2.  execute execute.me
    < this will create a democoors directory and change some short arc
      names into long ones						>
3.  Click on ifsdemo icon
4.  If all else fails - read the doc file, ifsdemo.doc.
