GCD stands for "Global Change Directory". By this, I mean that
	when used, it displays or changes the current directory of
	all CLIs is use (including those CLIs created by the RUN,
	RUNBACK, etc., commands). 

	The Manx-C compatible source is included for those who are
	curious as to  how GCD works.  However, I am reserving rights 
	to the source though, because some of the code is used in 
	a commercial product that I am writing (a C Source level 
	debugger that can be used for both Manx and Lattice C 
	Compilers. Anybody want to be a Alpha or Beta tester??).
	Never the less, feel free to give a copy of GCD and sources
	to anyone you wish to.
