tifftopbm - convert a TIFF file into a portable bitmap

tifftopbm [-h] tifffile
.SH DESCRIPTION
Reads a TIFF file as input.
Produces a portable bitmap as output. Tifftopbm supports: single plane bitmaps,
non-compressed bitmaps and black and white bitmaps.  There is no support for
color or grey scale.

Dump TIFF file information to stderr.  This information may be useful 
in debugging TIFF file conversion problems.
