Parasite version 0.04

I was upset that I could not put TxEd up on BaudBandit's screen because
it did not support Willy Langeveld's screenshare.library.  So I wrote a
small program to declare BaudBandit's screen as a supporter of public
windows

Parasite places a parasitic window on the front most screen.  It then
declares that screen as a supporter of public windows.  Parasite will not
support more than 10 screens.  A separate invocation of parasite is required
for each screen.

The screen names are all uppercase: PARASITE, PARASITE1, ..., PARASITE9
The screen's public name will be displayed in the parasite's window.

Parasite's window can be closed by clicking on the close window gadget only
if there are no applications using the public window.

Parasite will not prevent the screen it is on from being closed.  That is
up to its application.  BaudBandit will not close its screen if a parasite
window is on it.

I have included the rexx programs I use with BaudBandit as examples (for Jon).
