IntuiTools: qmenu

Here's a little quick menu creation code I put together for making menus
for Modeler 3D.  The instructions are in the comments.  Included are the
main code itself in a module and an example program.  The code compiles
under Manx 3.6, but I can't see why I wouldn't compile equally well 
elsewhere.
