PostScript printer driver version 0.9 (written in MANX)

This is a version of the PostScript printer driver rewritten as 1.3 printer
device.  Besides being a printer driver instead of a replacement for the
printer.device, this version allows the 1.3 printer driver to determine the
size of the output area and can be expunged like other drivers.  This driver
allow graphics dumps to be performed and support some of the other special
printer functions.  It is basically a beta release, so let me know if you
find any bugs or would like any other features.

To use this driver just copy pp into devs:printers/PostScript.
