This program will test the speed of your Amiga by executing a series of
pre-timed loops.  The final answer will be ina percent format, where
100% means that the speed of your machine is exactly that of a standard
Amiga.

I did all the timings on an Amiga 2000 with the standard 2 Mb ram
expansion.  You may notice that the speed that I show in FAST ram is
the same as in SLOW ram.  I assume that the 2 Mb expansion has a wait
state or something.  If you get any better timings on a standard Amiga,
let me know.
