This piece requires a total of one megabyte to run, since it's
using buffers in both chip and expansion memory. It should run on your
system from the Workbench if you do not have a third floppy, VD0: or VDK:,
or hard drive mounted. If you have trouble running it from the Workbench,
run it from the CLI instead by typing "projector Myth.2" - this should be
done from a "bare CLI" without loading Workbench. If this doesn't make
sense to you, just set it up on its own bootable disk (see below).

This little film is a spin-off of my Conjuror screen painting. I
managed to put together the additional graphics and script in an afternoon,
which was about all the time I had to spare. The first version or the piece
ran just dandy on my 1 meg 500 but for no known reason would not run on a
1000, regardless of the amount of expansion RAM in the system. I never
did figure out why this was, but I remade the film anyway. In this version
it ought to run on any 1 meg (or greater) machine, subject to the restric-
tions described above. (No third drive or equivalent mounted).

TO MAKE A BOOTABLE MYTH.2 DISK

I've included a tiny startup-sequence in this archive. Rename it
"startup-sequence". Using the CLI, INSTALL a blank, formatted disk. Copy
all the Myth.2 files onto that disk, and put the Projector on it also (The
Projector is Right Answers Group's distributable player for Director pro-
jects, which should be available on your local BBS if you downloaded this;
it'll be on the disk this came on, if you got Myth.2 on a disk). The files
needed are listed below, and must have the names listed. All files should
be in the disk's root directory except for the startup-sequence, which as
usual should be in the S directory of the disk ("Makedir S").

				MYTH.2
				MYTH.2.info (the icon)
				Projector
				Wiz
				Stars
				Cloud
				World

	            Startup-Sequence (in Directory S)

and you're on your way. Hope you like it; I'm not promising you
Wagner here, remember.
All of you are welcome to a copy of my slideshow disk "Amiga Dreams".
If you'd like it and can't find it, send a disk and return postage to me at
the address below. Pax et Lux.
