Lotto 1.0

	This "small" utility, although of very little actual usefulness, is not
without visual appeal.  It picks random numbers in a specified range and puts
them up on the screen.  Sound dull?  Well, it's all in the presentation, so
you'll just have to try it.  I wrote it to pick winners for our user group
meeting door prizes.

usage:  lotto [range]

where range is from 1-999; the default being 999.  To start it up, click on
the "GO!" gadget, and to terminate it, hit the invisible close gadget in the
top left corner.  

I will give source to anyone who wants it, but I doubt anyone will.
