                                BELL

This program provides a replacement for the annoying Intuition
function DisplayBeep(). To use, simply enter 'bell'. Bell allocates
memory in chip RAM (122 bytes) and installs part of itself there, then
replaces the DisplayBeep function in the Intuition library.

To remove the bell, simply enter 'bell' again. You can alter the
sinusiodal sampling rate by giving bell a decimal argument.

This program was based upon Beep, a program by Jeff Lavin, which
was in turn based upon an idea by Larry Phillips. Bell has a better
sound, is smaller, uses less chip RAM, needs only one program instead
of two, and has somewhat more flexibility.

Programs:
	readme 813 bytes
	bell 720 bytes
	makefile 51 bytes
	bell.s 7525 bytes
