after unarcing execute the install program to copy the ibm font into
the font library.  To use the font as the standard topaz.font use the
newfont program floating around.  After setting the ibm font to the
standard font you can then load a terminal program and when you call an
ibm board and you used to see funny characters on the screen you will
now see the nice borders that the sysop of the board intended.
