This is a preliminary demo of the Time Code SubTitler (TCST).
It will allow you to create subtitles (thousands of 'em) and assign
a time code to each one.  Then all you have to do is run the tape!
Allows 2,3 or 4 line display with adjustable width.
Version 0.1 has manual mode only, limited number of titles, and limited
fonts.  Use HELP key for instructions.  Sample subtitle data file is
included.  Comments welcome, please do not upload onto any other BBS.
