BootSelector13

In the last few minutes of creating this archive, I decidet to create a
version of Bootselector for Kickstart 1.3. So I removed the version-String
and changed a routine for printing out the informations and I think it will
work now. Sorry but I cant test this. If you have Kick 1.3 and there are
problems with using this Program, send me a note, I will se what I can do
for you.
I called the programm Bootselector1.3 V0.1 because I could not test it but
the program should do the same as the other one, so use the Description of
the other one for installing it under 1.3
