Introduction ~~~~~~~~~~~~ User.Idx is a file containg the names of your users, 36 bytes each. If this file gets corrupted or destroyed, TechnoBBS will refuse to function properly. Recreate will create a valid User.Idx in the current directory. You can then replace your old BBS:User/User.Idx with the new one. You should make a backup of the original first, though.
