NOTE!

This version of DayDream BBS doesn't have the annoying 60% limit unless you 
haven't tried hacking the keyfile. So now you can test this thingie without
any limitations. Future versions will have the cripples again, so prepare
to pay if you want to use any updates.

If keyfile is non-functional those 60% limits will work, but without keyfile
this version is the same as the 100% version.
