To install WBx, simply drag the icon into a drawer of your choice. I
suggest  that  you place it somewhere into your search path, because
this makes it possible to just specify 'WBx' as  the  default  tool.
Note  that  with  Workbench  2.x,  your  search path is searched for
default tools, too....

Drag the sample WBx.config file to ENV: and ENVARC:.
