 What is BtoC?

 If you are in need of a program that gets raw data from your pictures
 and compresses it, writes all into a single file and writes for you a
 file containing offsets of your data, a file containing the Images in
 C language and more other things,  like sprite data creation and ANSI
 translation of 8-color pictures, BtoC is for you!
