This is a preview of what Control Panel V4 will look like,
it is non functional except the status display, which is
fully working.

The status display won't detect whether or not a PPP
connection has been made, as I do not yet know how to do
this.

It is necessary that Control Panel is running while trying
this demo, due to a small bug, which will be fixed in the
finished version.

By the way, the quit functions do work!
