Appendum For V3.5

I haven't got time to rewrite the manual to cover the changes
in V3.5, however they are quite small but significant and I feel
some explanation is needed.

The only real change for V3.5 is better configurability. This has
led to a longer installer script and a new file called S:cp.config
(an example is included in the config drawer).

Control Panel can now launch most mail, news, ftp etc. programs.

As long as you follow the instructions in the installer script
the config file will be created automatically.

If s:cp.config doesnt exist or any of the lines in the file are
missing, default values will be used instead.

When you now choose news from the application menu, your selected
newsreader runs, you do not get a choice.

I have also included a patch so that PPP.Device users can use
Control Panel properly.

If you haven't got a file called Amitcp:bin/startnet which
starts AmiTCP and sets your environment variables, you must
start AmiTCP manually before attempting to use Control
Panel.

There was also a bug which meant that if ENV:Realname wasn't set
Control Panel wouldn't run, this has now been fixed.

I have also included a quick preview of what V4 will look like.
