How to install fastpar for use with tspool

1. Copy FASTPAR into your devs: directory.
2. Add fastpar.startup to your s:user-startup file.
3. Extract the fastpar.lzh archive.
4. Copy the fastpar-handler into your l: directory.
5. Reboot
