HOW TO ORDER A REGISTERED COPY OF Q-BLUE

   If you want to buy a registered copy of Q-Blue, there are two pieces of
   information that you must provide, along with some money.  The first is
   the postal address to which I should send a disk with your copy on it.
   Please make sure that the address is complete and fully legible,
   especially if it is outside the United States of America.  The other
   piece of information is the name that you wish the copy to be registered
   under.  Each registered copy, when you select the "About" option, shows
   its serial number and the name of its owner.  You must tell me what name
   to display there.

   There is some other information which I hope you will provide, but it is
   optional.  There is a list of questions at the end of this file which
   you can answer if you wish to.

   There are two levels of registration available: "basic" and "with
   prepaid upgrades".  Basic registration costs twenty U.S. dollars ($20).
   Registration with prepaid upgrades costs thirty dollars ($30).  In the
   latter case, every time a significant revision of Q-Blue is released, a
   copy will be mailed to you automatically.  You never have to pay again
   for any upgrade -- you just have to make sure I have a current mailing
   address.  This applies even if Q-Blue is ported to a different computer
   platform: you can switch on request at no cost.  For those with basic
   registration, upgrades are sent only on request, and cost three dollars
   ($3) apiece.  Those who have already registered an older version may buy
   prepaid upgrades by sending ten dollars ($10), or buy one upgrade to the
   latest version for three dollars ($3).

   Registration can now be paid for in other currencies besides American
   dollars -- British pounds, Deutschmarks, and Canadian and Australian
   dollars are accepted. Basic registration can be purchased for 15 pounds,
   37 Deutschmarks, 28 Canadian dollars, or 34 Australian dollars.
   Registration with prepaid upgrades costs 22 pounds, 55 Deutschmarks, 42
   Canadian dollars, or 50 Australian dollars.  This table shows all prices
   in the different currencies:

   Payment may be sent as a cashier's check or (international) money order,
   or if you want to take the risk, as cash.  Naturally, I can assume no
   liability if cash does not reach me safely.  American customers may send
   a personal check.  DO NOT send personal checks from banks outside the
   United States.  Even Canadian personal checks should be avoided, because
   it can take several weeks to find out whether such checks are valid or
   not.  Sending a personal check may result in a longer delay before your
   registered copy is sent to you.  And DO NOT SEND COINS!




   Mail your registration, including payment, your mailing address, your
   name as you wish it to be displayed in your copy, and (if you wish)
   answers to the questions below, to:

   Here are some questions which I hope you will answer when you register,
   along with providing the essential information of a mailing address and
   the name to register your copy under.  This is strictly optional:


   1) Do you expect to use Q-Blue with QWK mail, Blue Wave mail, or both?


   2) What kind of Amiga or Amigas do you plan to run it on? In particular:

       - Which Amiga model?

       - What AmigaDOS version?

       - How much memory?

       - Is the video PAL or NTSC (or other) by default?

       - Is there an accelerator or replacement CPU?

       - Is there a hard disk or disks?  What controller is used, if it's
         not built in?

       - Is there a de-interlacer, a non-Commodore graphics board, or other
         added display hardware?

       - Any other hardware that might be relevant to using Q-Blue?

       - Is any software installed that affects standard system operations?
         For instance, a replacement command shell such as WShell, or a
	 console handler like ConMan, anything that affects how normal
	 windows or requesters operate, etc.

       - Anything else you think might be important?


   3) What suggestions do you have for improving the program?  You need not
      answer this now -- I encourage all users to offer bug reports or
      suggestions or complaints at any time.  These can be sent to the
