The source for the TechFList utility are included here as a programming
example (mainly to demonstrate accessing the file area data structures).
The source can be compiled with DICE, modifications will probably be
necessary for other compilers.  You may only make modifications to
TechFList for your own private use, you may not distribute a modified
version of TechFList or its source.
