Send is an utility to send files (not to receive)
 Send uses the xpr protocole.If no library is specified
 it uses the xprxmodem.library

Use under workbench:
 Send works under workbench only if a file is specified : either
 with a file with send in the default tool or if a file is selected with 
 the icon of send.
 ToolTypes possible:
    LIBRARY : to specify the library xpr (default:xprxmodem.library)
    SCREEN  : to specify the public screen
    OPTIONS : to specify options of the xpr-library
    POSX    : position of the window
    POSY    : position of the window
 Tooltypes can be put in the icon of the prgram Send or in the 
 icon of the program you want to send. 

Use under cli:
  template=FILE/A/M,L=LIBRARY/K,O=OPTIONS/K,S=SCREEN/K,X=POSX/K/N,Y=POSY/K/N
  Many files can be specified.

NOTE: a bug exists in this program when the protocole is kermit (sometimes
 it refuses to send a file) but I use it with xmodem and I have never had
 problems with it
