Speed tests on my Amiga
	-----------------------

1: Close all time-consuming tasks and any screen blanker program you
   are using.

2: Set one of the following screen modes with the menu Prefs / Screen
   mode:
	A1200 & A4000: DBLPAL, 32 Colors, Text Overscan,
			if your monitor supports DBLPAL
	A1200 & A4000: PAL, 32 Colors, Text Overscan,
			if your monitor doesn't support DBLPAL
	Other Amigas:  PAL, 32 Colors, Text Overscan

   Set the size of the screen to 352 × 278 pixels. It doesn't matter
   if the whole screen doensn't quite fit on your display.

3: Switch automatic calculation precision off with the menu
   Calculation / Precision / Auto

4: Load the images mentioned later in this file with the menu
   Load / Coordinates.

5: Take the times for time images with the precisions mentioned.

6: Save the results on disk and send them to me to one of the
   following addresses:

Some explanations to the form questions:

Date: The date of the day you made the tests

Amiga model: You Amiga model

OS version: If you don't know, check this out with the CLI command
	"version asl.library". Interpret the first number as follows:
	36 = 2.0, 37 = 2.04, 38 = 2.1, 39 = 3.0, 40 = 3.1.

OS loaded in: Normally the OS is run from ROM. Exceptions to this are
	A3k's with 1.4 kick-ROMs and the Amigas where the OS has been
	explicitly loaded into 32-bit RAM to make the system run
	faster (you know if you have done this).

Processor: Your processor.

	Typical CPU values are: 68020 for A1200, anything for A2000,
	68020 or 68030 for A2500, 68030 for A3k, 68030 or 68040 for
	A4k and 68000 for others.

	Typical FPU values are: anything for A2k, 68881 or 68882 for
	A2500 and A3k, None or 68882 for A4k and None for others.

Processor card: Very often something if you have an A2k. Examples are
	Commodore A2620 or GVP 3001.

Memory: Your memory in Megabytes.

	CHIP = The amount of graphical memory in your system.

	PSEUDOFAST = Any memory in the trapdoor of an A500. If you
	have an A2k with a turbo card and some 32-bit memory, you may
	mark your 16-bit FAST memory as PSEUDOFAST.

	FAST = Any other memory.

Mandela Version: The version number of Mandela (currently only 1.0).
