AWeb patch program

PURPOSE
   Patch the executable of AWeb version 1.3 to open locale.library
   version 38 instead of 39.

BACKGROUND
   For reasons unknown to us mortal people Commodore has released
   version 39 (OS 3.0) of the Amiga OS with some libraries still
   having versions lower than 39. AWeb 1.3 tries to open locale.library
   version 39. If you own OS 3.0, this will fail. Use this program to
   patch AWeb 1.3 to open locale.library version 38.

USAGE
   patch <filename>

   <filename> is the name of the AWeb executable to be patched.

WARNING
   Use this program entirely at your own risk!
   Make a backup of the original executable before you patch!
