File Request
The file request (Freq) window allows you to request files from any Fidonet node that supports this feature.
To request a file just type the address of the fido node into the string gadget at the top of the window. Then enter the files you want in the string gadget in the bottom part of the window.
When you close the window a Freq (.REQ) packet will be created in the OUTBOUND directory. The next time you poll the requested node the request packet will be sent and, if you're lucky, the files will be downloaded.
All List
Displays a window containing a list of all messages in the current area that are addressed to 'ALL'. Clicking on an entry takes you to that message.
Thread List
Displays a window containing a list of all messages the have the same subject line as the one you are currently on. Clicking on an entry takes you to that message.
