Area Search
From this window you can search the current area for a specified word(s). The check boxes in the middle of the window control what fields should be searched for the keywords. If you select the 'Marked' box then the keywords you have entered are ignored and Cyclone will search for any messages with a (M) Marked flag.
Add Sender to UserList
Creates an entry in the User List containing the name and address for the sender of the current message.
Add Sender to NukeList
Creates an entry in the Nuke List containing the name of the sender of the current message. Any incoming messages from this person will now be deleted at import time.
Add Subject to NukeList
Creates an entry in the Nuke List containing the subject line of the current message. Any incoming messages containing this subject line will be deleted at import time.
View UserList
Pops open the User List window :
To enter a new name in the User List just click the 'Add' button and fill in the three required fields. Clicking 'Del' will delete the selected entry.
View NukeList
Pops open the Nuke List window :
To enter a new keyword in the Nuke List just click 'Add' and enter the required keyword into the string gadget at the bottom of the window. The four check boxes above it control what fields should be scanned for the keyword.
Any inbound message will that keyword present in the selected fields will be deleted at import time.
