At present VFTX only understands a few of the FTX commands. Details
of them are set out below:


Colour Tags
-----------
FTX has two tags for specifying message colours -- INK and PPR. The first
controls text colour and the second background colour. Colours available
for use with these tags are:

NBLK - Black            DBLK - Black            LBLK - Dark Grey
NBLU - Blue             DBLU - Dark Blue        LBLU - Light Blue
NRED - Red              DRED - Dark Red         LRED - Light Red
NGRN - Green            DGRN - Dark Green       LGRN - Light Green
NBRN - Brown            DBRN - Dark Brown       LBRN - Light Brown
NYEL - Yellow           DYEL - Dark Yellow      LYEL - Light Yellow
NPNK - Pink             DPNK - Dark Pink        LPNK - Light Pink
NWHT - Very Light Grey  DWHT - Light Grey       LWHT - Pure White
IDEF - Default INK      PDEF - Default PPR

So, if you wanted to use light red text on a dark grey background the
tags would be: [INK:LRED] [PPR:LBLK]. The colours specified using INK
and PPR tags stay active until changed by further tags and are not
affected by line breaks.

The default colours for FTX messages are INK:NBLK and PPR:NWHT.
