              Making this archive available on BBS.

Sysops may only place the archive on their BBS if they adhere to the
following few rules. Placing the archive on their BBS indicates said
sysop has read these rules and will adhere to them. Failure to do so
may result in legal action against the owner/sysop of said BBS.

1. The contents of this archive may not be changed. The above listed
   files with their exact sizes MUST be present in this archive.

2. Adding files, especially so-called 'BBS adverts.' to this archive
   is expressly forbidden.  Any sysop detecting any files other then
   the above list, is obliged to remove all these other files before
   placing this archive on his BBS.

3. This archive may _NOT_ be placed on any BBS  requiring payment to
   download this archive. Especially the Dutch 06-8 or USA 1-900 BBS
   are prime examples of said BBS.  I do not begrudge anybody a nice
   profit. But not out of my programming efforts, and without giving
   me a penny. (Which is what happens with these people.)

It has not been my intention to antagonize honest sysops, only those
who run commercial BBS and make profits of other persons work.  Also
I wish to protect (prospective) users (contributors) of this program
from having to pay (mucho) money to donwload this program.
