system has many things to offer you, if you are willing just to give a little
of yourself.
 After you finish reading this message, please leave a message to the sysop
telling a little about yourself.  Include anything you think is important.
 There are no limits on downloads or time limits, so enjoy the files and
system.  But just like there isn't a limit on downloads, there is not a
limit on uploads either.
 For help aimed at users that are totally confused type the following:
"H" and then a help menu will come up.  Then select item "A".  It
 will explain the BASICS to you...
Citadel is fairly simple once you get used to the basics.  To read message
in a room, type N for new only, F or R for forward or reverse order.  To
move the next room with new messages, type G, to go to a specific room, use
.G and part of the room name.  P is for pausing while reading messages and
S is for stop.  To log off you must terminate the connection with T.
