NOTES ON RELEASE 1.21

This is release 1.21. This release contains the New World game in its
entirety - full-size maps, world creator, and sound effects. The only
major change concerns food - villages and forts now calculate the food
supply in a much more rational (and less generous) method. Also, storms
have been toned down to be less deadly to your expedition.

I am releasing the full game in good faith. I hope that you will 
acknowledge this by registering for the game.
