Carry a first aid kit in your car and put a card inside describing you and your family - blood group, medications, allergies, any medical conditions, and so on.


TRAVELLERS KIT
A selection of travel first aid kits are available from your local pharmacist. They should all be clearly labelled to avoid difficulties at Customs. The kit should contain:
° Any personal medicines
° Anti-diarrhoea tablets
° Anti-malarial tablets (if applicable)
° Antiseptic throat lozenges
° Clove oil (for toothache)
° Dressings, waterproof dressings, bandages, safety pins
° Indigestion tablets
° Insect repellents
° Acetaminophen or paracetamol
° Rehydration fluid sachets (for diarrhoea)
° Scissors, tweezers
° Senna laxatives (for constipation)
° Travel sickness tablets
° Broad spectrum of antibiotics
