        StartWindow is a smal tool helping to start programs.
        Selecting 'NEW' activates the first stringgadget. Then write the
        name of the program into it and take over with 'RETURN'.
        Into the second stringgadget you write the start-code of the
        program with it's full path and take over with 'RETURN'.
        The Button 'DELETE' deletes the selected entry and 'SAVE' writes
        the changes to 'S:Kommando.DAT'. If 'S:Kommando.DAT' not exists
        StartWindow creates it. A sample 'S:Kommando.DAT' is included.
        'RUN' starts the selected.

        StartWindow needs Workbench 'OS 2' or greater. It is programmed and
        compiled with A2000, Workbench OS 2.10. It is also tested with
        A4000/30.
