Not yet.  Things have been a mad-house around here trying to get this
first CD-ROM out.  But I should have time in the next day or so.  Your
upload is still in the incoming directory and your email is still in my
in-box, so I shouldn't forget it.  But feel free to ping me again about
Wednesday if you haven't heard anything back by then.
