Short: A picture of the moon in its current phase.

Amiga port of the xphoon program, which greates picture of the moon in its
current phase and puts it onto X root window.

This program greates ram:phoon.ilbm file which has that picture written.

***	This new version is 20Kb Smaller, 4 times faster than previous version
	and does no longer require ixemul.library.
