In this drawer you can find a version of IR_Runner and IR_Editor which
will work with kick/wb 1.2/1.3.

These versions are only poor versions - no arexx port, no gadget
alignment functions, no font support and so on. 

The 1.3 versions are only included because I already had written them and
why not to include them - someone could need it.

They won't be improved/supported! Any bugs won't be fixed - only the
version for kick/wb >= 2.04 will be further improved.

If you use release 2.04, 2.1, 3.0 or even greater it is strongly recommended
to use the V2.0 versions - however the files produced by the IR_Runner13 have
the same format as the files produced by IR_Runner20, so you can easily upgrade.
