As I uploaded 1.2 on the weekend, and haven't been away yet, I haven't
gotten around to testing Csh as far as remote logins go.  So, Csh-users,
I'm not guaranteeing bye.sh to work quite right, since I haven't
experimented with it.  However, "bye" (for AmigaShell-users) works just
fine.
