UCalc is a tool to calculate the number of phone units for a phone call.

It is sensitive to the different hour-cost areas, days.

This tool was made to be included in BBS software, or for your personnal
use.

The interest of this program is to be very modular, i.e: UCalc is the kernel
and its databases are text files, so it's easy to configure it.

(I take my model to the French model, but it will adapted to your rate-phone
system)

- Codes    set the name of the day to the discount-rate area
(One line is a comment if this line begins by a '# '

- Distances  set the phone-distance for cities.
- Horaires   set the name to hour area from the code of the day
- Tarifs     set the time (in sec) in function of the distance and the hour
             area.
