Speed and SetSpeed must be in your current path and more importantly
in your Workbench's path.  I suggest setting your path in your
S:Startup-Sequence and then LoadWB and then execute Speed.  This should
have the SAS cback path problem fixed...  Note: You no longer need to
set your path in S:Shell-Startup!  Don't forget the LoadWB NEWPATH option.

In addtion SetSpeed's online help function needs SYS:Utilities/More to be
present.

Speed uses a script file called S:Speed-Startup.  SetSpeed's purpose is
to help construct this file.  It contains all the documentation needed
to get it set up and running.

A few notes on SetSpeed:

   . When ran by its self the values presented will be the default.
     You may specify an extra CLI option to force SetSpeed to load
     the defaults from S:Speed-Startup. (eg. "SetSpeed f")

   . The Restart gadget will first save the current setup and then
     execute Speed.

   . The Kill gadget will remove Speed.
