Garshnelib.library - fix

Well, it looks like I've managed to screw yet one more thing up for
the 68000 users. The Garshnelib libraries were compiled with 68020
code. This caused random crashing behaviour because apparently 68020
code only showed up in a couple of functions which aren't used in
every blanker.

Again, sorry for the inconvenience. I'll make this all up with cool
stuff in the next release. :)
