Connects to FTP site, compares web page file dates then uploads updated files.

Problems: The COMMAND WAIT does not work in DOpus5.5 so there are 2 popup
requesters during the running of this script.  Click on them when they say
to.  Sorry, I am working at finding a way around this...

Requires: DirectoryOpus v5.5 (© 1996 by Jonathan Potter)
          Online with a TCP stack (no kidding :)

1) Set the paths and preferences in the script
2) Call webupdate.dopus5 anyway you want to. :)
