enter src directory and see Makefile for directory setup.
Then type:

	make

and to install:	(previous uTools lib directory will be removed!)

	make install

To install User's Manual enter doc directory and check 
the directory setup in the Makefile.
Type:

	make install

Postscript file is already provided. If you want to rebuild
TeX source type:

	make
