Requires: rexxreqtools.library

If you have a Custom_CTCP.amirx file you will have to APPEND the contents
from MY file into YOUR file.
If not, just copy all files to your amirc/rexx directory.

Edit the Custom_CTCP.amirx file and change the PATH to the path of Luffar.

The only argument to the script is the other players nick.

Like /rx luffar.amirx OtherGuy
