Subject: Autopsy NEWS EXCLUSIVE

I do not how many of you were aware but the hard toget hold of piece of tent
footage has now appeared as if by magic on a video called Penetrating the
Web part 2. What a boost for sales this will be! Hmmmm.

If any of you remember this was the very first piece of footage that anybody
got to see. Paul Damon, a friend of mine and myself were invited by Reg
Preslye to a secret location to view this piece of footage back in March.
Reg had gone on TV in February telling everybody that he had seen the
footage but at that time he had only seen the tent stuff! The stuff we all
got to see in July and there-on-in was "debris" and the now famous "autopsy"
scenes.

Paul Damon was the FIRST person in the world to write a report on this tent
footage - some of you may or may not remember this? Well I will include it
at the end of this text for those who forgot. This was the first report
anywhere about the footage and subsequently it never got released.

[As we all know Mr Santilli would not release the Tent footage - he said it
was not of high enough standard. Excuse me Ray but we will be the judge of
that - indeed release the f******g footage right now you tart!]

This was the same footage as was also viewed by Mr PHILLIP "It's Real, it's
more cut and dried than the Turin Shroud" MANTLE (Which by the way was
proved not real, up to date aren't we!!!).

The interesting thing is that this footage has now appeared, in a form, on
the video "Penetrating the Web Part 2". This is a British produced video.

I had to ask the question, where was this footage got from. I have the
producer of Penetrating the web part 1 Mr Bob Digby on the trail of this one
but he hasn't got back to me yet. Bob Digby says he didn't get involved in
the second video, but is sure he will get an answer off its producer, Mr Bruce
Barlow, as the are good friends.

POINT....

The point is this. I saw the footage - Paul Damon wrote a report on it very
soon afetr seeing it. What I cannot understand is how the footage which has
appeared on the Penetrating the Web Part 2 video has SCRATCHES, FLECKS OF
WHITE and FILM BUBBLES on it! The footage we were shown did no have any of
these artifacts! I cannot understand it, and as a moderate expert on film I
cannot how they got there unless this film was a copy of a copy of a copy -
but this asks the question who managed to make a copy of the cameramans
footage
.
Or, did the cameraman give some to somebody else. Or, did Ray sneak a copy to
somebody. Or Has Ray released it but so badly fooled with as to make it
unusable to un-ehanceable.

Still it is such bad quality I ask the question is it "damaged" on purpose
wo that we can't see what  - if anything - is going on?
The footage my collegaue and I saw was vastly clearer than this. Where did
this come from?

If anybody is in the game of doctoring footage and adding these scratches
and blemishes then the should be thoroughly ashamed of themselves. This is a
serious matter we are dealing with and somebody, at some point, has decided
to damage the quality of this footage!

Any answers - please Email me ASAP. I have made mention of these facts to
Goerge Wingfield and Graham Birdsall of UFO magazine as well as to persons
present at a BUFORA research meeting. Ladies and Gentlemen we have a mystery
on
our hands - and whoever it is that has released this footage or who has played
around with it's quality (doctored it) knows who they are.

The reason I have not spoken sooner was because I was on my honour not to
reveal these facts by Reg Presley. Reg did not want us to be negative about
the footage until it had got on TV so that everybody could make their minds
up without prejudice. Indeed the report I wrote for UFO magazine was as
unbiased as I could be at the time. Reg I am sure would admit that with the
points I have raised above it is not time to make these facts known.

Again there wil probably be no easy answers to this one - lets see what
Bruce Barlow the producer says.

If you wan't my opinion - the autopsy footage we saw on TV was a fake. I am
not so sure about the Tent autopsy. They look like two different aliens for a
start. Why two aliens you ask? Good question. Why did the crap "one" get on TV
and the Tent "one" not? Good question. Why can't the tent scene be traced now
- Good question?

Ray Santilli has the answers but he's not telling.
