V1.30  (09-10-95)  - Start with SysOpDownload V1.30, after the fact that
                     ByteAndi looses his sourcecode for the V1.2 Version. This
                     Tool is 95% the same like the old versions, in difference
                     that i wrote it completly new and enhance it with many
                     new features. Currently only the Pack+DL Option works,but
                     you could now choose which packer to use and change also
                     the archivename before download, so no Dupes should
                     occure anymore. The TAB-Routine is rewritten by ByteAndi
                     and detacts automatically restricted files/directories,
                     allows PatternMatching, has an own History-Buffer and
                     supports CRSR-Keys. SysOpDL is able to differ between
                     DEVICES or Assigns, so it's not possible to download
                     i.e. device DH0:, but you could download C: as example!

       (09-17-95)   +Added online help

                    +Added Download Option. If you choose it, SysOp-DL
                     transfers ALL files at once to you. You could use of
                     course HYDRA as Protocol without any Problems. If you
                     have choosen an Assign or Directory, SysOp-DL will auto-
                     matically use the Pack-Method, as directories could
                     contains thousands of files...If you don't like this,
                     simply flag all files you really need by yourself!

                    +Added writing to callerslog. Now all important actions
                     will be written to node's callerslog.

V1.31  (09-18-95) -  Fixed a small bug when entering a Filename for the
                     archive. If you don't enter here a filename, SysOpDL
                     starts an empty Download-Procedure and exits without
                     deleting the archive. Now Fixed.

V1.32  (09-21-95) -  Pre-Release Version

                    -Fixed a little bug when you have disabled ALL packers
                     and flag directories. When trying to Download them,
                     SysOpDL hangs up ! Now first it'll be checked if at 
                     at least one packer is supplied, and if not, the
                     flagging of directories is disabled to avoid problems.
