 Thats right - my NewUserlister returns, this time with a bugfix to stop it
from displaying the column headers when there are no new users, its small
but i really didnt like seeing it :)

 I also did a quick 5-minute output redesign, though i should have done it
for Sasha (sorry Sasha, soon as you mentioned output design i knew it was
time to update some tools :)).

 There is not much else to tell, except to remind you all of how to use it,

for example:

easy eh?  or if you just want to see the users in your CLI just run it
without any command line parameters.

 Okay, if you want to be a betatester of my tools (though these days they
are few :)) just call my board, 'midnite', i am sure you can find it if you
try.  Otherwise contact '-cOUNTzERo!' or '>cOUNT-zER0!<' on any major
bulletin board system, though especially these ones:
