 I think thiz is a tool which every Sysop should use!! If you don't 
 you are a Lamer! There's no Excuse! It helps him to have his Users
 better under Control! In other words...

 `UPLOAD CHECKER' gives you the possibilty to see the last Upload of
 every User in your System. For example if you are tired of all these
 leechers and non-pumping Guys (I know that's it ahrd for every Sysop
 when the Uzers are only leeching and leeching...) and you wanted to
 kick some assholes you simply use thiz tool to find out which Users
 haven't uploaded anything since two months (e.g.). No more tired
 scanning in the Callerslog to search for a User's Last Upload! 
 And if you cutted the CallersLog/UDLog recently because it was to long
 what then ?? Well,to avoid all this shit i've written this tool!

 If you decided now to use this tool or if you have any ideas to improve
 it feel free to contact! I'm everytime open for new improvements!!!

 Well,though this tool is cool,it has also some bugs....

 But there aren't as important as you might think...

 - The Tool will only work if your Callerslog is never shorter than 20K.
   (I think that's no Problem as long as you don't use a 2 MB HD :-) )

 - The Tool won't work if a Upload is made locally!
   (Some strange texts appaer as Last Upload! But I think this isn't too
    bad because it's often the Sysop who made Uplaods locally!)
 
 Well ofcourse I will try to fix these Bugs in the next Updates but I
 think you can handle these bugs till then...

  - Option for WildCard when searching for a User! 

  - Fixing some Bugs (??? - if there are any left!) 

  - Improving the Speed though i think it's very fast! even on an 68000er!!

  - Writing the tool as a Sys-Cmd! So the Tool will directly start after
    the File was uploaded! (after File-Id or so..) This would improve the
    safety of the tool about 50%! (though now it's as safety as it could be!)

  v1.O - First Version but never released!

  v1.1 - Not Released. Fixed some Mayor-Bugs.Sometimes it hasn't found an
         upload if present! -Fixed!- New Designed LayOut! -Cool!-
        
  v1.2 - First official Release! If a UserName contents an "/" 
         for example : "SPEEDWOLF/CLE" the tool would crash! -Fixed!-

 The Installation procedure is simple...
 Copy the BBSCommand.infos for UC and UL into `BBS:Commands/BBSCMd/'
 
 Then copy the whole drawer located in DOORS called `UC' to your local
 DOORS: Directory.
