 The Function of this tool:
 Maybe you know 'Murphy's Law' ??? Well if you doesn't it doesn't matter.
 I will describe this tool!

 Well, SPEEDY'S LAW is nothing more than a Conversation from Murphy's Law
 by Krypton Force newly written for /X. (Murphy's Law was a tool for FC by
 Krypton Force!) But because FastCall is lame but this tool is cool i've 
 made it again for all you /X-Freaks...

 Also some UpDates were made...
 
	- MultiLanguage! Texts can appear in German or English!
          (which makes the tool interesting for non-german Sysops!)

        - MultiLanguage Guide! For german and foreign Guys (English!)
 
 SPEEDY'S LAW will everytime when its ststartet bring on a joke or as I
 would say 'RuLe!' on your screen. The Tool choose izt between 50 ofter 
 Texts, located in the 'LaW.txt' File!
 You can change as much Rules as you like but remember that texts above 
 no.50 won't be accepted!

 MayBe ther will be another UpDate soon if there are any ideas...

 Copy the BBSCmd 'LaW.info' to your BBS-Command Dir and the Contents of
 the DOORS:LaW dir included in this package to your Door-Directory!

 Now you can choose between three options...

     - Use SPEEDY'S LAW as Door...
                                                 ...then you're ready!!

     - Use SPEEDY'S LAW in the LoGin or LoGoff (Best Option!)

                                                ...read the following!!

 Simply add the following to your LOGON.TXT or LOGOFF.TXT...

       ~CC_LAW  (NOTE: There must be a Space after 'LAW'!)

 ...or copy the files included in this package into BBS:Screens/Node !!!

 (maybeyou have seperate LOG-Texts for each Node! Then you must copy/edit
  it for every Node!)

 You can change the texts by editing the file 'DOORS:LaW/LaW.txt'

 Included in this package are also the files 'LaW.dt' and 'LaW.en'.
 You can also rename these texts to 'LaW.txt' to use the Original text!

 But if you want your own cool jokes/hints/texts...
 Make your own Config-File...

 Simply grab your favourite Text-Editor and do the following
