  IMPORTANT!
  ----------
  I don't in any case take warranty of this program.
  So if it should eat your dog, make your Amiga belching or
  cry "I'm a PC, I'm a PC!", it's your problem.

  The program was intensively tested and should work 100%
  stable.

  Copyright
  ---------
  The Copyright © stays at the autor. The autor agrees that
  the program may be copied freely and passed on. But the
  program must stay as is and with all files coming with
  this package (icons, manual)
  The program may become part of pd-series, especially of
  Fred Fish´s AmigaLibDisk. When including into other series
  or on cd-rom (exept for Fresh Fish/Frozen Fish/Goldfish)
  or on other media the autor must be contacted.

Requirements
~~~~~~~~~~~~
  First of all you need an Amiga®-Computer :-) with at least
  Amiga-OS 2.0 (37.175). Besides to the libraries being in
  the ROM, the gadtools.library and the diskfont.library
  will be needed, which generally will be on your boot disk
  (Workbench2.0). Further a printer is necessary which can
  print text and graphics and is supported by the workbench.
  Fnt2Prt was tested with configurations as follow:
    A1200, HP DJ 510, OS2.0
    A1200, HP DJ 510, OS3.0
    A1200, Oki ML 390 (EpsonQ-compatible), OS3.0
    A1200, EpsonX-compatible printer (9 pins), OS3.0
    A500, EpsonX-compatibler printer, OS2.1
What is Fnt2Prt?
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
  Perhaps this happened to you, too: By the time you've been
  collecting many fonts and one day you loose the survey.
  Indeed you can load every font and try, but it costs lots
  of time (especially the Agfa-Compugraphicfonts®).
  Now Fnt2Prt will help! Using this program you can print
  all Amiga standard fonts and Intellifonts so you have
  them clearly and you easily can look them up.

Installation
~~~~~~~~~~~~
  Simply copy the program (and the manual(s) to the
  directory you want.
How to use
~~~~~~~~~~
  Best you learn by trying it out. The buttons are lettered
  clearly and logically. Who just wants to print all fonts
  only has to start the program and press the "print..."
  and the "print" button of the new window.
  What's important, is to have the correct Printer and
  PrinterGfx preferences.

  For everybody now who wants to know more accurate, an
  explanation follows.

  How to start the program
  ------------------------
  As usual you can start the program from the workbench by
  double-clicking or from the shell/cli by entering the
  name. Fnt2Prt requires no parameters.

  The user interface
  ------------------
  After pressing the close button the program quits.

  * fonts
  In the listview all the fonts according to the attributes
  will be shown. The fonts to be printed are marked with a
  dot (·). You can turn particular fonts on/off by simply
  selecting the according line.

  In the string gadget titled "pattern" you can enter a
  pattern wich (de)selectes fonts.
  The pattern works same as a DOS pattern.

    Examples: #?: All fonts will be selected
                  ~#?: All fonts will be deselected
                  A#?: All fonts beginning with a or
                              A will be selected
                  #?[A-E]#? All fonts containing a letter
                              from the area between a and e
                              will be selected
                  (topaz) Only the topaz font will be
                              selected

  Using "reread FONTS:" the FONTS: directory will be reread.

  * size
  The size of the fonts to be printed will be put in.

  When "same size" is selected, all fonts will be scaled to
  the size below; when "maximum size" is selected the fonts
  will be printed in the size which is next to the selected
  one.

    Examples: "maximum size" and 20 are selected.

          font          present sizese         printed size
          ----------------------------------------------------
          topaz         8,9,11                 11
          Helvetica     9,11,13,15,18,24       18
          BigFont       36,48                  none

  * attributes
  The first cycle gadget determines if fixed fonts and/or
  proportional ones will be printed; the second gadget
  decides about Amiga fonts or Agfa-Intellifonts.

  * text
  The text entered here will be printed. By pressing the
  "Help" key the original text will be entered.

  * print...
  headline:
  With the cycle gadget you can decide, when the headline
  should be printed. "text:" says if a automatic headline
  or a self created one, entered in the string gadget,
  should be printed.

  page #:
  You can select when to print the page number.

  status line:
  If selected at the end of the printout a little statistik
  about the number of fonts and sizes will be printed.

  print
  The program starts printing. By pressing the <Esc> key or
  by selecting the close button of the window you can stop
  printing.

  exit
  The program keeps the preferences and goes back

  cancel
  The program cancels and resets the preferences.

  Preferences
  -----------
  It's important to have the right Printer and PrinterGfx
  preferences.
  The program depends on them.

  So if the printout should be defective the problem with
  high certainty lies at that.

  Printer: It's important to have the correct margins.
  PrinterGfx: With the density you ajust the size of the
                printed fonts.

To help you I added the tool "PrinterInfo" in the goodies
drawer, which shows you some values.

  This program was a lot of work and costed me much of my
  spare time. So if you like / dislike it, or only have read
  the manual until here, I please you to send me a postcard or
